Attractify ("Attractify," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use the Attractify mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service").

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of information:

A) Personal Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Account information
  • Subscription and billing status (Note: payments are processed by Apple when purchased through the App Store)

B) User-Provided Usage & Attraction Data

  • Attraction conversations, notes, and follow-ups entered by you
  • Appointment and calendar-related information entered by you
  • Interactions with attraction tools, calculators, and assets within the App

C) Voice Calls, SMS, and Transcripts

  • Voice calls may be conducted, recorded, and transcribed using Twilio
  • SMS messages may be sent and received using TextGrid
  • Call transcripts may be analyzed to generate summaries, insights, and recommendations
  • Communications content you send or receive through the Service may be processed to provide App functionality

D) AI-Generated Data

  • AI-generated summaries, insights, and suggested next steps derived from call transcripts and other inputs (including via OpenAI)

E) Technical Information

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • IP address
  • General location data (such as region or approximate location derived from IP address)
  • Usage analytics and diagnostic data

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and Service
  • Deliver AI-powered attraction insights and tools
  • Analyze attraction conversations and communications to generate summaries and recommendations
  • Send and receive attraction-related SMS messages
  • Improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Manage trials, subscriptions, and service access
  • Communicate service-related updates and respond to support requests
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate key parts of the App, including:

  • Twilio (voice calls, call recording, and transcription)
  • TextGrid (SMS messaging services)
  • OpenAI (transcript analysis and AI-generated insights)
  • Infrastructure, analytics, and operational providers necessary to operate the App

These providers process information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect your information consistent with applicable laws and contractual safeguards.

DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share personal data for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.

We may share information only:

  • With authorized service providers (as described above) to operate the Service
  • When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process
  • To protect the rights, security, and safety of Attractify, our users, or others

DATA RETENTION

We retain your information only as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services.

If your account is closed or becomes inactive, we may retain data for up to 36 months, after which we will automatically purge or anonymize the data, subject to legal, regulatory, or legitimate operational requirements.

Upon verified request, we will respond within 1 to 3 business days and will process deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible, subject to legal or regulatory obligations.

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent where applicable

For users in the European Union and other applicable jurisdictions, Attractify will comply with relevant privacy requirements, including GDPR where applicable.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Attractify is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. The "Effective Date" will reflect the most recent revision.
